Telemetry RN Job in Euclid, OH

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position on the Med-Surg unit. This is a night shift role working 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment is 91 days, with a start date of November 13, 2026. You will earn $2,172.60 per week.

Position Requirements

• Current permanent Ohio state license or compact state license at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med-Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months
• One recent professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in your specialty
• Willingness to work at least every other holiday

Orientation Expectations

• ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation—acceptable score required
• safeMedicate assessment during orientation—acceptable score required
• Maximum of 2 attempts allowed to pass both required assessments

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates. This position is ideal for an RN with solid telemetry experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced hospital setting and ready to demonstrate proficiency in cardiac monitoring and medication safety protocols.
