Interventional Radiology RN Job in Gilbert, AZ

You will work as an RN in Interventional Radiology at Banner Gateway Medical Center, located at 1900 N Higley Rd in Gilbert, AZ. This is a 4x10 day shift position—Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday—with no holiday or weekend requirements and no mandatory on-call duty.

Position Details:

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care according to professional nursing standards
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Review diagnostic and laboratory data and report abnormal results to appropriate caregivers
• Delegate and supervise activities of other licensed nurses and healthcare personnel as needed
• Document assessments, nursing interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely using the Cerner electronic health records system

Required Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology
• Minimum 5 years of inpatient/hospital nursing experience in PCU or ICU settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional certification

On-call duties are not required but are available if you are interested. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a specialized imaging environment while maintaining a predictable schedule without weekend or holiday obligations.
