Med Surg RN Job in Atlanta, GA

You'll join Grady Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse on a high-acuity Medical-Surgical floor with a Surgery Trauma focus. This 88-week travel position runs nights on a 3x12 schedule, starting September 8, 2026.

About the Role

You'll provide direct patient care to a diverse population including surgical patients, gunshot wounds, quadriplegics, and paraplegics. Your patient ratio will be 5:1. You'll work assigned shifts with no block schedules or request time off permitted. You'll complete nurse handoffs with the Emergency Department nurse and admitting unit to ensure continuity of care.

Unit Support

• Nursing support techs available on unit
• Phlebotomists available
• Unit secretary available at night

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred

Compensation
