Occupational Therapist Job in Carbondale, IL

You will provide occupational therapy rehabilitation services as part of a multi-facility healthcare system in Illinois. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning March 9, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week
• Schedule includes 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts
• Weekly pay: $2,044
• Flexible scheduling available if needed

Assignment Details

You will float between three locations: Herrin, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joseph Memorial Hospital. This role requires you to adapt to different facility environments and patient populations while working within standardized protocols across the healthcare system.

Required Credentials

• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification for acute rehabilitation services

You will deliver direct patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and following established clinical guidelines across all three facilities.
