Telemetry RN Job in Harlingen, TX

You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on the Telemetry unit at Valley Baptist MC in Harlingen, Texas. This is a 91-day travel position working three 12-hour day shifts weekly, with hours from 07:00 to 19:30.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

You will work in a fast-paced telemetry environment where your clinical expertise and leadership skills directly impact patient outcomes. You'll collaborate with the nursing team to maintain standards of excellence while managing resources efficiently.
