Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Wausau, WI

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 49-week travel assignment. You will work 5 days per week on day shift, with 8-hour shifts beginning between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday requirements. You are guaranteed 40 hours per week at $3,124 weekly pay.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform general nuclear medicine studies including bone scans, renal, HIDA, gastric emptying, thyroid, lymphoscintigraphy, cardiac, and parathyroid exams
• Operate Symbia Evo SPECT, Symbia Intevo SPECT/CT, Capintec Thyroid probe, and Siemens Biograph Vision X PET/CT Scanner
• Maintain patient records and charting in Epic and Merge PACS systems

Schedule and Flexibility:

Your primary location is Aspirus Wausau Hospital. You may be required to float to additional locations including Merrill, Antigo, Medford, or Stanley facilities. You can be placed on low census call with a minimum 2-hour call back requirement.

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional credential (Associate's degree or certificate)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Current ARRT(N) or CNMT certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of nuclear medicine experience
• Knowledge of SPECT/CT and/or PET/CT; Siemens equipment experience preferred
• Charting experience with Epic and Merge PACS required; facility will provide training
