Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Highly skilled and experienced surgical tech required with a wide breadth of experience across orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and other surgical specialties
• Work 36-40 hours per week with schedule options of three 12-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts
• Start and end times are negotiable and will be agreed upon during the phone interview
• Guaranteed weekly hours will be adjusted based on hours agreed to during interview
• Approximately every 5th weekend will be a call weekend, split between Call 1 and Call 2
• 1-2 call shifts per week required, split between Call 1 and Call 2
• All call requires a 30-minute on-site response time from the time of the call
• Call volume may increase based on department need and staffing changes
• Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls within the contract period
• Must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• BLS certification required
• CST preferred but not required
• Excellent critical thinking and knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required
• Candidates with minimal requested time off will receive priority consideration
