Job Details:

• Schedule runs Monday through Thursday
• Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
• Up to 4 on-call days (24-hour periods) may be assigned with a minimum of 2 weeks prior notice
• Must be able to start peripheral IVs independently (hard requirement)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform MRI scans on inpatient, ER, and outpatient patients following provided protocols and policies
• Scan body, neuro, extremities, abdominal, pelvic, and angiogram areas; no cardiac, breast, or pacemaker scans on weekends
• Patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics; pediatric experience preferred
• Average caseload of 12 to 24 patients per day across 4 rooms
• Start IVs and obtain patient consent
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment with technologists, nurses, doctors, and transporters
• Operate Siemens and Philips CT scanners, Epic electronic medical records, and Fuji PACS
• Scrub color: Gray
• Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Holiday work required based on the number of major holidays falling within the assignment period
• Maximum of 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R)(CT)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
