RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Work in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)/PCU/Stepdown setting
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• 29 beds in the ED with 27 monitors
• Solid color scrubs required
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Responsible for supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for assigned patients
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Support facility nursing leadership to uphold clinical standards and patient safety
