ICU Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the Intensive Care Unit at Northside Hospital Atlanta. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, providing direct patient care in unit 640A.

About the Role

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a general medical-surgical ICU environment. This position requires proficiency with the Cerner system and strong clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced intensive care setting.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• CCRN certification (preferred)
• NIHSS certification (preferred)
• Experience with Cerner General Medical Surgical ICU system

Assignment Details

Start date: September 9, 2026. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a weekly pay rate of $1,997. You will be required to work 2 of the following 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day. You will also work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.

Location

Atlanta, Georgia. Candidates must be located more than 50 miles outside the Atlanta area.
