Med Surg RN Job in Salida, CO

Heart of the Rockies Medical is seeking a registered nurse for an outpatient urology clinic in Salida, Colorado. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays required.

Your Role

You will provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, working alongside providers to deliver clinical services aligned with nursing standards and established protocols. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collecting and documenting vital signs, obtaining comprehensive health histories, and documenting patient concerns during clinic intake. You will assist providers during patient exams and minor procedures, ensuring patients receive quality care and support throughout their visit.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license, current and active in the State of Colorado or a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Urology experience required

Assignment Details

This is a 91-day travel assignment. You will work five 8-hour shifts per week, earning $2,628 in weekly pay. Your start date is November 9, 2026.
