Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Schedule is 4x10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday
• No call required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
• Virginia state license required (may submit with license pending)
• Must be proficient with a broad range of CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, coronary CTA, vascular CTA, brain perfusion, colonography, and musculoskeletal trauma studies
• Must be skilled in 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Experience with multiplanar reconstruction, PACS, and Siemens equipment required
• Must be proficient in starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, and preparation and administration of contrast media
• Must adhere to radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions/PPE requirements
• Serve patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• May be required to float within scope of practice within the facility
• Subject to a 50-mile radius rule; local candidates are not accepted for this position
• Up to 40 hours of pre-approved time off available per 13-week contract
