CT Technologist Job in Wausau, Wisconsin

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging department. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Role Overview

You will perform CT imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment. Your responsibilities include patient positioning, protocol selection, image acquisition, and maintaining detailed records in our Epic charting system. You will work collaboratively with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and excellent patient care.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: 5x8 days with varied start times between 6:15 AM and 12:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Weekly pay: $3,351.20
• Every 4th weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation every other holiday
• Eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours per contract
• May be placed on call during low census periods

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience
• ARRT CT certification
• Wisconsin State License
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Hands-on experience with GE and Siemens scanners
• Associate Degree or Certificate in radiologic technology
• Epic charting experience preferred

Additional Details

You may be required to float to additional facilities within the health system as staffing needs arise. Any color scrubs are permitted. This role values clinical competence, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
