OR Circulator RN Job in Austell, GA

Cobb Hospital is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN to join our Operating Room team. This is a day shift position offering four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating days off and on-call responsibilities.

About the Role

You will deliver patient-centered surgical care by performing the full Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate safe, quality patient care delivery and documentation within our professional care model
• Provide relationship-based care tailored to patient population characteristics including age, gender, and disease considerations
• Partner with patients and families using appropriate communication methods, including bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient teaching
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication, rounds, and case reviews to optimize outcomes
• Mentor and precept other professional nurses, staff, and students
• Support efficient use of human and material resources
• Contribute to data collection and evidence-based practice improvement activities
• Function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with composure and decisiveness

What We're Looking For

You hold a current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross). You possess strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and basic computer skills are essential to support clinical care delivery.
