Med Surg RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

Franciscan Health Indianapolis is seeking an RN for their Medical Surgical unit (4-South). This is a 140-day travel assignment starting October 5, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every 3rd weekend required (Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday with minimum 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays within a 6-week period)
• PRN availability with holiday availability based on unit need
• No call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,087

The Role

• 30-bed Medical Surgical unit
• Patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:5
• Float to like units as required
• EMR system: Epic

Requirements

• RN degree
• Minimum 2 years of travel experience on a Medical Surgical unit
• Acute Care/Medical Surgical experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Flexible work schedule and positive team approach

Workplace Policies

• Required scrub color: Navy
• Hoodies, non-scrub jackets, and crocs are not acceptable attire
