Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Alternating 4x10-hour day shifts with shift times of 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per workweek
• On-call required: 10-12 call shifts per month with a 30-minute response time
• Call duration is 12-14 hours and begins at the completion of the shift; if not working the day of on-call, call begins at 5:00 PM
• Must work 1 winter holiday
• Floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital is required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Strong experience with interventional cases (not IR) and STEMI required
• Scrub experience with TVARs, Watchman, and Ablations required
• EP and TAVR experience preferred
• Preferred experience with Ablations, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremity procedures
• Preferred experience with Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology Evaluation, and Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure
• Preferred equipment experience: Siemens X-Ray System
• Charting system experience with McKesson preferred; Cerner used on-site
• Parking is free
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT(R), BLS
• Key skills include: Hemodynamic monitoring, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab procedures, Angioplasty, Cardiac Stent Placement, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), PTCA, TAVR, Right and Left Heart Catheterization, Rotablator Atherectomy, Vascular Closure Systems, Watchman, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
