Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week with shifts from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Call required 1-2 nights per week
• Every 3rd weekend rotation required
• Provide care to patients undergoing peripheral vascular, interventional, and vascular procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with current policies and procedures
• Perform image guided biopsies (ultrasound and CT)
• Perform tumor ablations including cryoablation, RFA, and microwave procedures
• Perform abscess and fluid drainages
• Perform spine and pain management procedures including kyphoplasty injections
• Perform GYN interventions such as uterine ablations and fibroid embolization
• Perform OB interventions including post-partum bleed management
• Perform vascular procedures including balloon angioplasty, stents, and thrombectomy
• Perform genitourinary procedures such as nephrostomy tube placement and exchanges and prostate embolizations
• Perform enteral and biliary access procedures including G/GJ tubes and biliary drains
• Manage GI bleeds and venous access and IVC filters
• Minimum of 2 years of interventional procedures experience required
• ARRT certification (RT(R)) required
• Must have a valid Virginia license or compact license in-hand
• Epic charting experience required with test-out option available
• One reference required for submission
• May be required to float between facilities within scope
