CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• CT and X-ray multimodality technologist position requiring recent experience in both modalities
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, thoracic, cervical, and lumbar studies with and/or without contrast
• Perform brain perfusion, CT arthrography, colonography/virtual colonography, and transplant studies
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and preparation and/or administration of contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs as needed
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in emergency department and inpatient settings with a mix of emergency and inpatient cases
• Float to main hospital location within scope as needed
• Experience with Siemens equipment and PACS required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must be comfortable working in NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU environments
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, ARRT Advanced Certification
• Virginia or compact state license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Natural nail policy in effect
• Candidates will float within scope if needed
• BSN preferred
