PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Day/Night rotating shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable based on operational needs of the facility, with best efforts made to honor preferred shift
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for same patient population
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Minimum 12 months permanent experience in specialty required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be active and in hand)
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
