Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Day/evening shift with variable hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Work with both outpatients and inpatients across two campuses
• Take call shifts for Endoscopy as required
• Support advanced GI procedures including ERCP, EMR, and EUS
• Perform ongoing and systematic patient assessments focusing on physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status
• Analyze assessment data, identify expected outcomes, and formulate goal-directed plans of care
• Implement care in a knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and continuous manner
• Perform timely, accurate, and concise documentation in patient records
• Identify and respond to emergency patient situations by following established protocols
• Demonstrate sound knowledge base in care and decision-making for designated patient populations
• Provide age-appropriate care to all patients
• Strong background in Endoscopy required; OR nursing experience with Endoscopy training will also be considered
• Current NYS nursing licensure required
• Excellent communication and writing skills required
