Cardiac Cath Lab

Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with after-hours call rotation
• No New Year's Eve shift required
• On-call required with 10 call shifts per month including weekend call
• Floating is required - candidates may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
• Strong experience with interventional cases (not IR) and STEMI required
• EP device experience required
• TAVR experience preferred
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Daily census of 6-10 patients across 2 rooms
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Required skills include: Angioplasty, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardiac Stent Placement, Carotid Stenting, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult), IABP Placement/Removal, Impella Insertion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Left Heart Catheterization, Pacemaker Insertion, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Renal Artery Stent Placement, Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablator Atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Stent Placement, Thoracentesis, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Watchman Procedure, and Siemens X-ray System
