Med Surg RN Float Pool Job in Danville, PA

You will work as a Med Surg RN in a float pool position at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. This role offers flexibility across multiple units while maintaining a predictable schedule and structured work-life balance.

Schedule & Commitment

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Work every other holiday
• No call responsibilities
• 90-day assignment starting June 29, 2026

Your Role

• Deliver comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care across multiple departments
• Float to various units, requiring adaptability to different patient populations and unit-specific protocols
• Manage patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting

Qualifications

• RN license in Pennsylvania required to start
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy required

Compensation

• $2,073.60 per week
