Operating Room Circulator RN Job in Crestview, FL

North Okaloosa Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN Operating Room Circulator for a 13-week travel assignment in Crestview, FL. This is a day shift position working four 10-hour shifts weekly from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Weekly pay: $2,102.40
• Shift: 4x10 Days (6:30 AM–5:00 PM)
• On-call requirement: 6–8 shifts per month (1–2 per week)
• Weeknight call hours: 5:00 PM–6:30 AM the following morning
• Weekend call: 24-hour shifts on Saturday or Sunday (7:00 AM–7:00 AM)
• Start date: September 14, 2026

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of OR Circulator experience
• Robotics experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning patient care in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORTs, and other personnel to deliver care in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards
• Ensure adequate supplies and timeliness of surgical cases
• Communicate with patient families and maintain updated physician preference cards
• Assist physicians during surgical cases and supervise personnel delivering patient care

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure while prioritizing patient safety and surgical excellence.
