Telemetry RN Job in Attleboro, MA

Sturdy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position in Attleboro, MA. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 4x12 night shift schedule
• Every other weekend coverage required
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Patient ratio of 1:5 for both days and nights

Role Details

You will care for patients in medical, surgical, and observation units. The float pool is based out of McCann unit, and you may work in 2 different units within a single 12-hour shift depending on unit needs. You will use the Avasure video monitoring system to watch up to 12 patients at one time and must be relieved for breaks and meals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Cardiac experience mandatory
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• IV insulin protocols and titration of insulin drips
• Management of cardiac drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone)
• Telemetry monitoring
• GTT (glucose tolerance test) experience
• Float pool experience preferred

Certifications and Licenses

• ACLS and BLS required
• Massachusetts nursing license must be in hand prior to submission

Systems and Tools

Experience with Cerner is preferred but not required; Epic experience is also accepted.

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,584

First-time travelers with 2–3 years of experience will be considered for this position.
