Telemetry RN Job in Attleboro, MA

Sturdy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position on a Med-Surg unit in Attleboro, MA. This is an evening shift role caring for adult and geriatric patients on an ortho/tele med-surg floor.

Position Details:

• Shift: 5x8 evenings
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 16, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,434
• Patient ratio: 5:1
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Float assignments as needed

Unit Overview:

The unit manages 40 patients across 40 beds and 26 rooms with an average daily census. You will care for patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, general surgeries, and floor-level med-surg cases. The team uses Omnicell for medication management and Cerner for documentation (Cerner experience preferred but not required).

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia management
• IV insulin protocol and heparin protocol management
• Central line and PICC line care
• Wound care and wound vac management
• Blood product administration
• General med-surg and ortho nursing care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Telemetry monitoring experience

You will have access to interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy consultation, rapid response teams, and social services. Any color scrubs are accepted on the unit.
