Opportunity:

RN - Observation Unit

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week required
• Every other weekend required
• Taking call is a very rare occurrence
• Primarily work on the Observation unit with required floating to other Med-Surg units including Respiratory, Stroke, Cardiac, and others
• May also be required to float to the Emergency Department if appropriately skilled and knowledgeable
• Minimum 3 years of current and recent Telemetry/Med-Surg experience required
• Must be able to read Telemetry/BCRA - competency will be tested on day one and immediate termination will result if not passed
• Current Epic EMR proficiency is required - refresher classes or 1:1 assistance are not available options
• Epic proficiency must be documented in referral information
• Required certifications: Active BLS and ACLS
