Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Moore, OK

Tide Health Group - Thunder Care and Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a long-term care setting in Moore, Oklahoma. You will work full-time on day shifts (5x8) providing rehabilitative and skilled care to patients with physical functioning disorders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Administer manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device instruction
• Assess patient progress and communicate with your supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system
• Accurately record treatment minutes for all services provided per regulatory and clinical standards
• Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation team meetings
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers

What We're Looking For:

• Active PTA license required
• Minimum 1+ years of PTA experience
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
• New graduates with Level II clinical experience are considered
• Commitment to maintaining adherence to APTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics standards
• Willingness to complete skills checklist within first year

Schedule:

This is a day shift position with no call responsibilities and no weekend work required. The assignment is for 91 days, beginning July 27, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,699.20.
