X-Ray Technician

Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Minimum of 24 months of current X-Ray experience required
• Hospital or medical center experience prioritized
• Proficient in Siemens general radiography equipment required
• Experience using Carestream portable units required
• Experience using GE OEC C-arms highly preferred
• Experience using Medtronic O-arm highly preferred
• Operating room experience required, particularly with C-arms and O-arms
• Surgery fluoroscopy experience highly preferred
• Support all areas of Radiology including plain film imaging, operating room exams, and portable exams
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience with all age groups highly preferred
• Level I trauma experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Will float across campuses
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
• Active Iowa radiology license required
• Skills checklist specific to Radiology Technologist/X-Ray required
• Professional reference from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within the past 24 months preferred
• Valid driver's license required
