X-Ray Technician

Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Minimum of 24 months of current X-Ray experience required
• Hospital or medical center experience prioritized
• Must be proficient in Siemens general radiography equipment and Carestream portable units
• Experience using GE OEC C-arms required
• Experience with Medtronic O-arm required
• Operating room experience required, particularly with C-arms and O-arms
• Surgery fluoroscopy experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Current or recent operating room experience required due to occasional OR cases
• Must be able to support all areas of Radiology including plain film imaging, operating room exams, and portable exams
• Experience with all age groups highly preferred
• Level I trauma experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• Will float across campuses
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
• Active Iowa radiology license highly preferred at time of submission
• Skills checklist specific to Radiology Technologist/X-Ray required
• Valid driver's license required
