Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week (36 hours per week will not be accepted)
• On-call required 7-8 days in a 6-week period
• One to two weekends every six weeks with holidays as needed
• Assist with the insertion of catheters into the heart and responsible for measuring and administering special fluids
• Ensure EKG equipment is in working order prior to procedures
• Monitor EKG readouts during procedures and keep the physician informed of any abnormalities
• Charting experience required in Epic
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS through AHA, ARRT (must have Rad Tech License), KY State License, and EKG certification
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manage change well, and have strong social skills
