Telemetry RN Job in Charleston, WV

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 23, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 4x12 day shifts, 7:00 AM start, weekdays with every other weekend required
• Schedule: Blocked requests accommodated when possible
• Pay: $2,592 per week
• Patient ratio: 1:4 with stretch ratio of 1:5 across 28-bed unit
• Scope: Float to like units as needed to meet facility needs

Clinical Responsibilities

• Care for pre- and post-operative surgical cardiovascular patients and medical cardiac patients requiring progressive care and monitoring
• Manage vascular patients, amputation patients, and detox patients
• Monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret and manage dysrhythmias, titrate cardiac drips (Heparin, Aminophylline, Cardizem, Nitroglycerin, Argatroban)
• Perform and manage IV starts, PICC lines, central lines, peripheral lines, and blood product administration
• Execute heparin protocols and manage special procedures including ostomies, chest tubes, wound vacs, wound care, CPAP/BiPAP

Requirements

• Current WV or Compact RN license (pending license accepted for submission)
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association; MAB preferred
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Skills: IV starts, telemetry, PCU/IMC, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac telemetry, line care and management, drip titration

• Interdisciplinary team including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
