Occupational Therapist Job in Alexandria, VA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 97-day travel assignment at Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria, VA. This is a full-time inpatient rehabilitation position offering competitive weekly compensation of $2,242.56.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8-hour shifts
• Shift times: Approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Every Saturday weekend shift is required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating expectations
• 1 minor holiday requirement

Role Responsibilities:

You will provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients with a variety of diagnoses, including CVA, TBI, SCI, neurological conditions, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic conditions. You will document and manage patient care within the Epic EMR system.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia state license
• 1–2 years of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation required
• Inpatient rehab/neuro experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
