CVOR Technologist Job in Columbia, MO

You'll work as a CVOR Technologist at Boone Health in Columbia, Missouri, serving as an integral member of the heart team in the operating room. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Your Role

You will perform surgical duties for cardiothoracic operating room procedures under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Your responsibilities include preparation, instrument management, and support of surgical cases within the CVOR setting.

Schedule and Compensation

• Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:45 AM to 5:15 PM)
• One day off per week built into your schedule
• Weekly pay: $2,628
• On-call requirement: 6 to 7 days per month

Important Contract Terms

You should be aware that this contract includes a potential downstaffing provision. Within your 13-week assignment, you may be downstaffed for 36 to 48 hours based on the facility's weekly scheduling needs. This means there may be periods where you are not scheduled for shifts during your contract term.

What We're Looking For

You hold an Allied Health Professional credential and bring experience working in a cardiac operating room environment. You are comfortable working within a structured surgical team and can adapt to the rhythms of heart surgery cases.
