Physical Therapist Job in Elizabethtown, KY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 89-day travel assignment in Elizabethtown, KY, starting November 2, 2026. This outpatient physical therapy position offers you the opportunity to deliver patient care in a structured, productive environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Weekly Pay: $2,037
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Facility: RES-Elizabethtown, KY

Key Responsibilities:

• See 12 to 14 patients per day
• Meet productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Manage double-booked follow-up visits
• Potential to float to other clinic locations including Shepherdsville or Bowling Green

Requirements:

• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred
• New graduates and first-time travelers will not be considered

Important Notes:

• Any overtime hours must be approved by the director before being worked
