X-Ray Technician Job in Petoskey, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at McLaren Northern Michigan in Petoskey. You will work day shifts (5x8) earning $2,160 per week, with a start date of August 31, 2026.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures consistent with established policies and procedures
• Operate and maintain all assigned imaging department equipment, including X-ray systems
• Position patients and use radiologic equipment to correctly capture images requested by a physician
• Accurately perform all imaging exams as ordered in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
• Ensure the physician on duty is notified of imaging results
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients to foster comfort and confidence

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of X-ray experience
• Operating room (OR) experience required
• Travel experience required
• Weekend availability required
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Skills checklist completion within one year of application preferred

Schedule

You will work days with on-call rotation of one week per month covering 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weeknights and Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM, one weekend per month.
