ED RN Job in Dickson, TN

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Horizon Medical Center TN, taking on a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 2, 2026. This is a single RN position on a nights schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each, running 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM weekly.

Your Role:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Assess, triage, and respond to patients presenting with acute medical conditions and trauma
• Collaborate with emergency department physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, adjusting interventions as needed
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Handle a diverse range of emergency medical situations throughout your shift

What You'll Need:

• Current, active RN licensure in Tennessee
• Emergency department experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-acuity setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
