ED RN Job in Chattanooga, TN

You'll work as an RN in the Emergency Department at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a 3x12 night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), working 36 hours per week at $1,801 weekly pay.

Unit Overview

The ED is a 19-bed unit plus a 4-bed psychiatric pod located on the 1st floor of the main building. You'll manage a 4:1 patient ratio in a chest pain and stroke certified unit with tele psych capabilities available. The team includes experienced staff, many with 5 to 20+ years of tenure.

Staffing & Support

• Unit secretary available day and night, Monday through Friday
• Tech coverage scheduled day and night, Monday through Friday
• You may float to the psychiatric pod or to another system ED location as needed

Equipment & Systems

You'll work with Hillrom, Stryker, GE, and Lifepak defibrillator equipment. Documentation uses Meditech.

Requirements & Skills

• Active RN license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications required
• Strong sepsis and stroke skillsets required
• Navy scrubs required as dress code
