Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Strong cardiovascular experience required
• Tuesday starts
• Day shift position with night shift covered by on-call
• Work in a CVOR setting located in the Heart Tower, Floor 1
• Unit consists of 5 ORs - 3 open and 2 hybrid rooms
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants
• Float to Spine OR as needed
• On-call protocol requires 45-minute response time measured from phone call to clocking into the unit
• Weekends and nights covered by call shifts
• RN license required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Scrubs provided for OR staff
