Med Surg RN Job in Tulsa, OK

You will provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit specializing in urology at Yale Campus - William Building in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a full-time travel position running 89 days, starting November 9, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies
• Monitor and evaluate patient functional status throughout the care process
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and individualize plans of care within established unit and nursing guidelines
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the patient population
• Document the nursing process and patient care accurately and legibly on appropriate records
• Facilitate patient teaching, discharge planning, and make timely referrals as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines and professionals
• Demonstrate professional judgment in response to changing patient and unit situations

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Oklahoma or multi-state
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways
• BLS certification through AHA
• Proficiency with Epic
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Urology experience preferred

Compensation and Schedule:

You will work 5x8 day shifts at $2,512 per week. This 89-day assignment offers you the flexibility of travel nursing with the stability of a defined engagement period.
