Occupational Therapist Job in Atlantis, FL

You will work as an Occupational Therapist in a brand new 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida. This is a full-time travel position with a 91-day contract starting August 31, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 5 days per week on 8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,190
• Flexibility to incorporate weekends into your 5-day schedule is a plus

Your Role

• Provide 1:1 therapy with patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Work with brand new therapy equipment designed for patient recovery
• Use the Meditech documentation system for patient records
• Deliver occupational therapy services focused on rehabilitation and functional recovery

Requirements

• Current Florida state occupational therapy license required
• Minimum 6 months of experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Efficient time management and ability to prioritize patient care
• Grey scrubs required as per facility dress code
