Infusion RN Job in Iron River, MI

Aspirus Iron River Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Outpatient Infusion and Wound Care Department. This is a 91-day travel position starting September 7, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in an outpatient setting managing an average of 7–8 patients per day. Your responsibilities include infusion therapy administration, wound care assessment and treatment, and support for oncology patients. You will provide direct patient care, perform clinical assessments, and maintain accurate Epic charting throughout your shift.

Schedule and Compensation

• 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,698
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• No floating to other departments

On-Call and Staffing

You may be placed on call for low census hours. The contract includes a 36-hour low census unbillable hour allowance. If called back to the facility, the call back minimum is 2 hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Infusion RN experience
• ADN or BSN degree
• Active Michigan RN License
• AHA or ARC BLS Certification
• Excellent assessment and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound Care Certification
• Chemotherapy Certification
• Epic charting experience
• Wound care experience

Professional scrubs of any kind are acceptable. This position offers a stable schedule with no floating and the opportunity to work in a focused outpatient infusion environment.
