ICU RN Job in Rockport, ME

Pen Bay Medical Center is seeking an RN for a travel position in the ICU. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing direct patient care in an 8-bed unit.

Position Details

• 36 guaranteed hours per week across three 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Night shift schedule with call requirements that vary based on unit needs
• Float availability to MSU or other units as a resource
• Patient ratio of 1:2–3

Your Role

You will care for ICU and step-down patient populations using the EPIC electronic medical record system. This position requires flexibility to support unit operations and adjust to patient acuity and census needs.

Required Qualifications

• RN degree
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• ICU and step-down unit experience required
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatrics experience
• PALS certification

Solid-color scrubs only; no prints permitted.

Assignment Details

91-day travel assignment starting November 8, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,463.
