Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (3 days per week)
• No call or weekend requirements
• Float to Onstead facility required (approximately 15 minutes apart)
• Average daily census of 10 patients
• Staffing ratio of 1:1
• Treat patients across all age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Patient diagnoses include general orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Documentation using WellSky and Epic charting systems required; Epic experience required
• Communication system: SBAR
• Unit Secretary support provided
• Perform assessments including AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices evaluation, pain assessment, and strength testing
• Complete documentation including assessments, discharge summaries, evaluations, long-term goals, plan of care, reassessments, short-term goals, and time management records
• Develop home exercise programs and provide patient and family education
• Work setting: outpatient clinic
• Specialty focus: neurology and orthopedics
• Dress code: business casual
• Free parking available
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certification: BLS
