Physical Therapist Job in Buckeye, AZ

You will work as an outpatient Physical Therapist at Arizona Clinics in Buckeye, Arizona. This is a rapid response crisis coverage assignment lasting 91 days, beginning June 8, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour days
• Weekly pay: $2,452.80
• Patient volume: 12–13 visits daily with a caseload of 25–30 active patients
• Dress code: Business casual

Your Responsibilities

You will treat adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Your clinical duties include case management, fall risk assessments, and evidence-based treatment for conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, calf strains, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures and stress fractures, generalized low back pain, headaches, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff injuries (both surgical and non-surgical), SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of physical therapy experience (new graduates will not be considered)
• Proficiency with NextGen electronic medical records system
