Job Details:

• 1+ years of physical therapy experience required (new graduates will not be considered)
• Treat adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Handle 12-13 patient visits per day
• Maintain active patient caseload of 25-30 patients
• Business casual dress code required
• Use NextGen electronic medical records system
• Perform case management and fall risk assessments
• Treat orthopedic conditions including: Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, calf strains, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures/stress fractures, generalized low back pain, headaches, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff non-surgical and post-operative care, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacements
• Position classified as rapid response crisis coverage
• Assignment managed through ShiftWise Flex platform for compliance, billing, and assignment management
