Physical Therapist Job in Tuba City, AZ

You will provide physical therapy services to a predominantly Native American population at Tuba City Regional, supporting the treatment and prevention of physical disability and disease across the lifespan—from birth through geriatric patients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver physical therapy evaluation and treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage and implement the Physical Therapy program
• Provide specialty services including wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, spinal cord clinic, and assistive technology and adaptive equipment evaluation and treatment
• Oversee the Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetic Orthotic Supply Program
• Assume direction and development of the physical therapy section, including continuing quality improvement, risk management, safety, and physical therapy policies and procedures
• Assist with Joint Commission preparation, staff education, reporting, staff meetings, and in-service duties
• Work a regular work week with weekend rotation for inpatient services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid, current, full, and unrestricted physical therapy license in any U.S. state, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
• Meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff
• Fingerprinting clearance prior to start

Details: You will work 5x8 days on a 91-day assignment starting August 24, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,993.
