Physical Therapist Job in Tuba City, AZ

Tuba City Regional is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide quality physical therapy services to a predominantly Native American population. You will manage and implement the Physical Therapy program across both inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering evaluation and treatment to patients from birth through geriatric age.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for patients across all age groups
• Manage inpatient and outpatient physical therapy programs
• Work a regular work week with weekend rotation for inpatient services
• Deliver specialty services including wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, spinal cord clinic, and assistive technology and adaptive equipment evaluation and treatment
• Oversee the Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetic Orthotic Supply Program
• Lead direction and development of the physical therapy section, including continuing quality improvement, risk management and safety, and physical therapy policies and procedures
• Support Joint Commission preparation, staff education, reporting, staff meetings, and in-service duties

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy. Valid, current, full, and unrestricted physical therapy license in any U.S. state, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Current Basic Life Support certification by the American Heart Association. Medical Staff credentialing eligibility. Fingerprinting submission and clearance prior to start.

Assignment Details: 5x8 Days shift. 91-day duration. Start date August 24, 2026. Weekly pay $2,774.
