SLP Job in Bardstown, Kentucky

VNA Health at Home in Bardstown is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join their home health team. You'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week during day hours with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Role Details

• Treat approximately 6 patients per day in a home health setting
• Cover all 11 counties across both Elizabethtown and Bardstown offices
• Travel throughout a large territory; expect trips of 2.5 hours or more from corner to corner
• Common patient diagnoses include CVA and aphasia
• Document in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting system
• Phone and tablet provided for field work

Requirements

• Kentucky license in hand at time of submission (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Home health experience required
• BLS certification (AHA)
• CCC-SLP certification via ASHA
• Professional dress code

• Cancellation policy: up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments
