Med Surg RN Job

You will work as an RN in Med Surg at THOP Memorial Campus - 069. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 19, 2026.

Position Overview

In this role, you will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will provide unit-level nursing care and supervision, managing appropriate resources related to patient care while ensuring high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for assigned patients each shift
• Implement direct clinical care and nursing interventions
• Supervise delegated staff and maintain their clinical competency
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
• Manage unit resources effectively
• Work collaboratively with facility leadership to sustain nursing standards
