Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• On-call requirements: 1 day per week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Call frequency: 1 week of call per every 9-10 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Daily census of 25 patients
• Work in 4-room interventional radiology unit
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• Preferred skills: PACS, C-Arm, and Contrast experience
• Equipment used: Siemens imaging systems
• Charting system: Cerner (preferred experience)
• Unit specialties: Liver center procedures, Y-90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, and drain placements
• Perform various interventional procedures including angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, PICC line care, gastrostomy tube placement, and nephrostomy procedures
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• 18 months experience required with some unit-specific exceptions
