PCU Registered Nurse Job in Cleveland, OH

Join Ahuja Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will provide direct patient care in a stepdown setting, working with patients who require an intermediate level of care between the ICU and general medical-surgical floors.

Your Role:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to PCU patients, monitoring vital signs and clinical status throughout your shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans tailored to stepdown-level acuity
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating care as appropriate
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and transition planning
