Opportunity:
RN - Stepdown
Job Details:
• Provide nursing care in a Stepdown Unit (SDU) setting
• Monitor and care for patients requiring an intermediate level of care between the ICU and general medical-surgical floor
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for stepdown-level patients
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care as appropriate
